первичный капитал (банка): средства акционеров, общие резервы, участие в капитале других компаний, первичные бессрочные субординированные заимствования; с 1989 г. называется капиталом первого уровня (Tier 1 capital); дополнительный капитал или капитал второго уровня включает привилегированные акции, субординированный капитал и резервы против плохих долгов; первичный капитал должен составлять не менее 4% от активов, а общее соотношение капитала и активов - 8%; см. secondary capital;
